Bend Entrepreneur Report: July Comparison
July Biz Registrations in Bend up 18% from 2017

Bend, OR – Entrepreneurs registered 275 new businesses in Bend, Oregon, in July, an 18% increase over registrations in July 2017. The July numbers were down slightly from June’s 303 registrations.

So far in 2018, Bend entrepreneurs have registered 2,139 businesses, versus 2,066 through July in 2017.

“This summer has been much busier than summer 2017 in terms of business registrations in Bend,” said Bend business attorney Jeff Eager. “While the numbers are down from Spring, they are well ahead of last year.”

Each month, EagerLaw carefully analyzes Oregon Secretary of State’s business registration data to prepare the Bend Entrepreneur Report. The Report is released monthly to local media and on the EagerLaw PC Facebook page, where the firm also spotlights local business achievements and provides information of use to Bend businesses.
